How long does it take to receive my premiums?
Premiums are typically shipped within 2 weeks of receiving membership information. On occasion, premiums may be delayed as they are out of stock or en rout from vendors. Delta makes every effort to get all membership materials in the hands of our members ASAP.
Why is my tax receipt less than the amount I donated?
IRS regulation mandate any premiums or value received by the donor aren’t eligible as charitable contributions so hats, calls, t-shirts or the value of the magazine must be debited from contribution amount.
Do I need to accept all the gifts with my membership? (they get more of a tax receipt?)
You may choose to decline any and all membership premiums by making note on membership cards or online.
Do I have to wait for my renewal letter to upgrade my membership?
Delta sends renewal letters in the month of your membership anniversary but you can certainly renew and or upgrade your membership online or by calling either the Bismarck or Winnipeg offices.
Can I donate in memory of someone?
Delta receives numerous memorial gifts each year. We ask that you contact the Bismarck or Winnipeg office to ensure that we can execute your memorial gift as well as send notice to surviving family members.
Can I spread my lifetime membership over a few years?

How often does the Delta Magazine come out?
The Delta magazine is published 4 times per year (March, June, August and November).
I didn't get my Magazine who can I contact?
For concerns related to magazines, premiums or other membership inquiries, please call the Bismarck office at 888-987-3695.
Can I order back issues of the magazine?
Delta maintains a modest supply of magazines in its Bismarck office and we will gladly supply them at $4/issue until our supply is exhausted.
Will I be reminded to renew my membership?
Yes, you will receive a membership renewal one year after your membership is started.
I don't feel comfortable giving my information online - can I call in my membership?
