Dr. Frank Rohwer started working at Delta as a student assistant in 1976, and continued as a funded Delta graduate student for both his master's degree and doctorate work.

After a short hiatus in the late 1980s, Rohwer returned to Delta as the scientific director in 1991. He has held that position for most of the years since then, while simultaneously serving on the faculty at Louisiana State University.

Delta Waterfowl's board of directors named Dr. Rohwer interim president on November 10, 2012.

Growing up in rural western Pennsylvania, Nick Pinizzotto became an avid outdoorsman and committed conservationist who spent the last 15 years developing and managing several highly successful watershed conservation programs. Pinizzotto's credentials include an impressive track record in government, private and non-profit sectors, and he has successfully built conservation and hunting-related businesses in addition to being a proven fundraiser. He earned a bachelor's degree in environmental geography and a master's degree in psychology.

Pinizzotto is a passionate waterfowl and whitetail deer hunter. He's received two levels of habitat management certification from the Quality Deer Management Association, and is an avid outdoor writer, photographer, and videographer.
