 This special organization plate is available to all Delta members who reside in Pennsylvania. The proceeds from the plate will go toward Delta’s mission to help the ducks. Please fill out and sign the pdf application. Forward the application along with a check or money order in the amount of $40.00 (one time fee) to the PA plate administrator.
