Q: How do I know that my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order. Please call us at 1-888-987-3695 if you did not receive an e-mail confirmation.
Q: What is your return policy?
A. You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by the Delta Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will send a postage paid return shipping label to you at no charge.

Q: Can my order be shipped to a PO Box address?
A: A street address is required for all shipments, no PO Box please.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
A: Since we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel or change orders that are on back-order or pre-order status and haven't been prepared by our shipping department for shipment. If you change your mind about an order and we are unable to cancel it for you, you can either refuse the package upon delivery attempt or send it back to the return address. Please contact us to request the cancellation of a backorder or preorder item.
Q: Can Delta Waterfowl ship my order overseas?
A: Special rates apply for overseas shipping. Please contact customer service at 1-888-987-3695 on all overseas orders.
Q: Can Delta Waterfowl ship to Canada?
A: Absolutely! Delta specializes in Canadian shipments. Our team will select the international carrier that is best for your specific delivery.
Applicable duties, taxes, brokerage and other governmental charges will be your responsibility as the importer of the merchandise. These will be payable upon deliver of the order.
Q. Do I have to pay duties/taxes if I am ordering from outside the United States?
A. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from the Delta Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International packages are shipped as "merchandise with actual purchase prices" to comply with customs guidelines.
We ship several hundred orders internationally every week and cannot run the risk of a product audit. We try to get our products to you at the lowest possible price to ease the burden on you.
Q: Why doesn't the Delta Store offer overnight or 2 day shipping options?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capability of shipping overnight or 2-day. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Q: What do you offer for shipping in the United States?
A: The Delta Store offers standard express shipping in the US. In stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-8 business days after the order is received. Embroidered items may take longer and will ship separately. We will ship your orders with UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, US Postal Service, or Spee Dee. Shipments outside of the continental US will take longer.
Q: What if an item is on backorder?
A: We will ship the other merchandise from your order right away. The backordered item will ship to you once it becomes available and you will receive a separate shipping confirmation.
Q: How long does it take to embroider an item?
A: It typically takes an extra 3-5 days to embroider an item. All of our embroidered items ship separately.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: At this time the Delta Store is only online.
Q: May I buy and redeem gift cards online?
A: At this time the Delta Store does not offer gift cards.
Q: How can I use an offer code online?
A: At the time of checkout you will be prompted to enter any special offer codes you may have. Once the code is entered, you will see the discount applied.
