A Field Report by Rob Olson and Jim Fisher Attention US Duck Hunters: Wetland Conditions Looking Tough for 2008, Better in Western Manitoba (Posted June 17, 2008) Recently Delta's President Rob Olson and Director of Conservation Programs, Jim Fisher traveled to the famed duck nesting region in and around Minnedosa, Manitoba. Whether you are a mallard hunter from the Mississippi or Central Flyways or a diver hunter from the Atlantic Flyway, this Field Report matters to you.Rob and Jim report that while overall breeding conditions look grim this year across much of the Prairie Pothole Region Breeding Grounds, the area around Minnedosa is better.
