Director of Membership and Marketing

Delta Waterfowl is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Director of Membership and Marketing.  This senior position will be based out of the organization’s U.S. office in Bismarck, North Dakota.

The position will be responsible for managing Delta Waterfowl’s rapidly growing membership including direct mail acquisition and retention strategies, designing membership recruitment campaigns and all other facets of Delta’s membership program from development through execution and analysis.

In addition, the candidate will lead marketing efforts including brand management, advertising design and placement as well as functioning as the central liaison with Delta’s corporate partners.

The qualified candidate should possess a passion for Delta’s mission of waterfowl conservation and ensuring the future of waterfowl hunting.  Candidates must have excellent written and oral communications skills as well as demonstrated success through previous employment in direct mail execution, campaign development as well as brand management and the ability to develop long term partnerships.  Finally, the ideal candidate must show the ability to be function effectively in a fast pace, team oriented work place.
