SportDOG Brand® Contest Celebrates Facebook Milestone with Donation to Conservation

Knoxville, Tennessee (March 26, 2014) – SportDOG Brand, the industry-leading manufacturer of electronic dog training products and accessories, just surpassed the 10,000-fan mark on its Facebook page. To celebrate, the company is making a $1,000 donation to conservation. During the week of March 31-April 4, SportDOG Facebook fans can vote for their favorite conservation group. At the end of the week the votes will be tallied and the conservation group with the most votes will receive the $1000 prize.
This social media-based contest is one in a long list of SportDOG Brand Conservation Fund programs that support numerous conservation initiatives. These include the Conservation Fund Youth Grant Program, plus support of local, grassroots conservation projects, and national-level sponsorships of premier organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, the Ruffed Grouse Society and Delta Waterfowl. Last year alone, SportDOG gave $30,000 to conservation through their Future Forward Fund grant contest.
