Joel Brice - Manager of Conservation Programs

Joel and RudyJoel Brice received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Wildlife Management from the University of Wisconsin in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Following his Bachelor's degree, Joel worked as a research consultant to the Society of Tympanuchus Cupido Pinnatus, Ltd., where he studied the year-round ecology of the Greater Prairie Chicken in northwestern Minnesota.

Joel received his Master's Degree from the University of North Dakota (UND) where he worked on a cooperative research effort between the US Fish and Wildlife Service and UND.

Joel grew up in rural, west-central Wisconsin, where he developed a lifelong passion for the out-of-doors. Growing up, Joel spent as much time as possible hunting, fishing and camping with his parents and two brothers. Joel's father shared their family tradition of waterfowling with him at a very early age. As an avid waterfowler, Joel spends as much time as possible in the duck marsh with his Labrador retriever, Rudy.
