Jim Gleason - Director of Developement

Growing up in Michigan, Jim began hunting waterfowl near the marshes of the Saginaw Bay. Professionally, Jim comes to Delta with more than 17 years of fundraising experience, and brings more than 7 years of major gift experience with Ducks Unlimited to the table.

Jim is very proud to be part of the Delta team, where he will be leading the major gift program to support Delta's conservation initiatives. He moved to Mandan from Belgrade, Montana where he enjoyed flyfishing and worked as a guide during the peak of the summer season.

He looks forward to spending time in the field with his 7 year old lab, Jett.

Jim and his wife Heidi are expecting their first child in early July.
