Tom Tunnicliffe - Regional Development Officer

Tom Tunnicliffe grew up in Ohio and went to Ohio State. After college he moved to Missouri where he met his wife Laura. His first hunting trip was for quail atop a Tennessee Walker, he was hooked immediately on the thought of being outdoors and watching a dog work.

In Missouri while shooting sporting clays he met 3 guys and they invited him to go duck hunting for the first time. After showing Tom what a duck stamp was and helping him buy his first pair of waders they headed to Ted Shanks in Missouri. During the drive back to Columbia he realized that he was hooked on duck hunting, thanks to his 3 new found hunting buddies Clarkson, Mike, and Mark, Tom had a new passion.

Tom and his wife moved to Little Rock Arkansas where he learned all about Bayou Meto, Rice Fields, Green Timber and Mack’s Sporting Goods. he bought his first duck dog “Browning” and learned to enjoy hunting in a whole new light. Tom’s passion for hunting led him to be a Hunter Education Instructor for Arkansas Game and Fish and help teach children about the joys of hunting safely.

Tom and his wife now live in Nashville, TN with their son Max and daughter Grace. With the addition of the children in his life his passion for hunting has expanded to helping secure his children’s privilege to hunt.
