The short answer to your question is no. Canada geese (geese and swans in general) are referred to as sexually monomorphic, where both male and female geese have identical plumage.
In contrast, most every duck species is moderately to strongly dimorphic in their breeding plumage, where males are brightly colored and females of the same species are dull or much less colorful.
Sex determination in geese and swans must be obtained by observing reproductive structures (cloacal examination) or internal organs. Any advanced ornithology book should teach you what to look for.
